Pelican Party Goes International Print E-mail

Pelican Party and Tent Rentals went international recently. Not too far off coast. When the Guy Harvey Outpost Resort contacted us to set up a 40x60 tent in Bimini for the Annual Fishing Tournament, we were all ready to accept the challenge. Having had even larger tents on the Ft. Lauderdale beach for a Red Bull executive, our main concern was anchoring the tent for the week-long event. Fortunately, the layers of seashell under the sand made for a more dense ground than what we have here on the beach.

Pelican Party and Tent Rentals, LLC was proud to participate with Health Care for the Homeless which held its 6th Annual Homeless Thanksgiving Feast on November 23, 2009 at the Little House. “It was a great success. Three hundred and thirty-two (332) individuals were served a wonderful hot Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. This would not have been possible without the generous donations of food (most of it already prepared), supplies and decorations and most importantly the time and presence of our many volunteers. It was taken to another level with a wonderful large tent under which our guests were seated and the beautiful fall-hued balloons which decorated the tent and tables” commented Nadine Reeves with Broward Health.
