Do your crews set up the equipment?

Pelican Party sets up and takes down all heavy equipment (tents, dance floors, wedding arches, bars, etc.) To avoid additional charges, break down the tables and neatly stack the chairs prior to pick-up.

Delivery/Pickup

Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
