What are your hours of delivery?

Answer

Normal delivery hours are 9 - 5 Monday through Friday. Pelican Party will try to deliver within 1 hour of the time specified on the contract. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside of our normal hours. All deliveries will be made one or two days prior to the event.

Delivery/Pickup

Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
