If your call is received outside of regular hours or if we are on the phone with other clients, just leave your name, contact information and general request and we will try to reach you as soon as possible even if it is outside our regular hours. You may contact us at any time to request equipment.

Delivery/Pickup

Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
