Do you have an after hours contact for emergencies?
Answer
If you call our main phone number, notify them that you have an emergency and we will contact you. A tent coming loose due to unexpected windy conditions could be considered an emergency; not having ordered enough glasses, is not.

Delivery/Pickup
Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
